About Me

As you wish that men would do to you, do so to them. If you love those who love you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners love those who love them. And if you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same. And if you lend to those from whom you hope to receive, what credit is that to you? Even sinners lend to sinners, to receive as much again. But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return; and your rewards will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He is kind to the ungrateful and the selfish. Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful. - Luke 6:31-36

Welcome to Flotography!

Photography started as a simple curiosity for me, but over the years, that interest has only deepened. In early 2024, I decided to move beyond just "taking pictures" and began exploring the technical side of the craft, learning the skills and gathering the right gear to turn my ideas into something more tangible.
This site is a dedicated space to share my work. Most of what you see here focuses on two areas: Eastern Orthodoxy and Cars. While these are my main focus, I also have several other albums dedicated to the various subjects I enjoy photographing, with more to be added as I have the opportunity.
I’ve chosen a slightly different path than the traditional DSLR or mirrorless route. To prioritise portability and spontaneity without sacrificing quality, I shoot exclusively with the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
To elevate the mobile experience into professional territory, I utilise the Moment T-Series ecosystem, specifically: 58mm Telephoto Lens, 18mm Wide Lens, & 67mm Anti-Glare CPL Filter.
I believe that while a camera captures a scene, editing grants it character. Using Lightroom, I apply finishing touches to transform a raw memory into a piece of art - sometimes a mere "minuscule adjustment" is all it needs.
To capture a memory in a single frame is a wonderful thing, but I believe there is nothing quite like the "real thing." I often remind myself to set the camera down first. We shouldn't take for granted the greatest lens of all: the ones God gave us. Once you have cherished the moment with your own eyes, only then is it time to pick up the camera.
I hope you enjoy these collections. May God enlighten and bless you all.
